The Islamorada Sandbar

The Islamorada Sandbar is a great place to unwind and escape in the beautiful waters just off the coastline near mile marker 84 in Islamorada.  Located less than a mile offshore, you can't miss it from Overseas Highway on most weekend days. You will find boaters from all over converging on the sea of boats to enjoy the Florida Keys.  Common activities include swimming, snorkeling, grilling, kayaking, and more. It is not uncommon for sandbar visitors to bring lawn chairs, umbrellas, or dogs to the party. Captain Matt will safely guide you to your very own spot on the sandbar.

The Islamorada Sandbar is one of the most sought after destinations in the Florida Keys to lounge in the clear warm shallow water. However, if you prefer a little more of a quiet scene or want to partake in some water sports, then there are some great spots that Captain Matt can take you to as well.  There are several places to visit spanning from Key Largo to Islamorada depending on what you want to do and where you want to go.
