Eco tours Islamorada and Key Largo
Islamorada Eco Tours
Some of our best boating trips have been from exploring new areas in the Florida Bay. Eco-tours are a great way to spend some quality time with your friends and family in the Florida Keys. Mother nature does not disappoint when it comes to wildlife abundance both above and below the water’s surface. Depending on your skill level and the size of your party, we can either explore Islamorada’s pristine waters by boat, kayak or stand-up paddle boards (SUPs). Manatee and sea turtle encounters are very common!
Indian Key
The Keys have a rich history and among that history are the remains of settlements that were established more than 100 years ago. Indian Key was a settlement established to support the salvage industry, which was quite lucrative during that time. You can learn more about this small island before you visit from the Florida State Parks website. Take a boat tour around Indian Key and venture ashore to get a glimpse of what times must have been like before we had our cell phones and computers. You can walk the roads and see the remains of the houses that once stood on this mysterious island. You will definitely need good footwear for this part of your adventure. A tour of Indian Key is a perfect addition to a sandbar or snorkeling adventure!
